VIVIANA JIMENEZ DURBIN, Esquire
A native of Puerto Rico, Viviana Jimenez Durbin graduated from Vermont Law School with a joint Juris Doctor and Master’s of Studies in Environmental Law degree in 2005. Following graduation from law school, Viviana worked as a law clerk with the law firm of Toro, Colon, Mullet, Rivera & Sifre, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she spent most of her time focused on business and environmental law issues. After moving to NH in 2006, Viviana worked for the New Hampshire Lakes Association, where she served in various public policy and outreach roles for the organization. Her involvement in 2008 with legislation aimed at protecting NH’s public waters from failing septic systems was critical to ensuring its passage and timely implementation.
Viviana is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. While Viviana holds an advanced degree in environmental law, she enjoys working with people and therefore concentrates much of her practice in bankruptcy, family law and immigration. Viviana enjoys traveling throughout the coastal regions of Northern New England and can often be found making fresh tracks on some of the Seacoast’s better known cross-country trails.
